We Finally Saw Mickey's House!

After what seemed like a lifetime, we finally made it to Disneyland. I didn't think it would ever get here for poor Levi! It was a week of nothing but great memories for our family. We spent a day at the San Diego zoo, 4 days at Disneyland, and then went to LA for a Sparks WNBA game. The traffic was "yuk" but we are still married so that says something. We weren't able to hook up with my niece and her family - boo hoo:( Maybe next time. The weather was pretty good considering it was August. Only 2 days that were really hot. We just aren't used to that "humid" heat. We all survived though and no one got too grumpy! Thank heavens for those rentable strollers!!! Thanks Dad for working so hard so that we could go! Here are just a few of our memories.Winnie and all of his friends were out. It was perfect timing for us because they had to go in for a "cool off" about two groups behind us!

I am sooooooo glad that the boys took Levi on the Tea Cups. They make me so sick. After this we went on the Alice in Wonderland roller coaster! It was so fun to watch all of the kids - not just Levi!

Levi wanted some Mickey sun glasses. He looks pretty cool in them.

This picture makes me laugh! We did a character breakfast at the Story Book Cafe. I am so glad we did this. Levi really got a kick out of Timone. The ranger there came and got Levi and Hayden to play follow the leader. Hayden was not really into it but Timone kept pestering him to get involved. What a great start to our day!
The zoo was incredible. We didn't come close to seeing all of it! Cody loves the monkeys - I wonder why??? It was a great day for us there!

The Sparks game was really fun. Bales blew her wad there getting different stuff! We didn't think the traffic would be bad since it was only 3:30 - judge for yourselves!!!! As you can see, we had a great time and I will treasure this trip. Hayden pretty much summed up our feelings when we were watching the Fantasmic show. A song came on and he said it made him sad because we had to leave the next day. It was sad but it was also good to get back home. We were up at 3:00 because we had to be at the airport by 5:00 - ick! Needless to say it was a quiet trip home! We love you Mickey!
